Portland Party Buses FAQ

Q: "Is it alright to smoke cigarettes on your buses?"
A: Though we do allow drinking on our buses, we do not allow smoking because that would compromise the high quality of our furnishings as well as the air quality for customers who rent the bus after you. To our smoking customers, we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate you adhering to our policy.

Q: "Do you provide alcoholic beverages for us?"
A: The law does not allow us to do this, but it does allow for you to bring your own beverages on the bus! Our buses are all equipped with gorgeous bars, usually made from LED-lit acrylic or from high quality granite, complete with coolers, ice, and cups, and there are cupholders throughout the bus to minimize spills while on the road.

Q: "Are there any days of the year or hours of the day that we cannot rent your buses?"
A: Since we make our vehicles available to you every single day of the year and every single hour of the day (as well as all week and weekend long!), the only limitation to when you can rent our buses would be when we are already booked! For this reason we recommend that you give us a call at least two weeks in advance, though we will do our best to accommodate last minute bookings whenever possible.

Q: "How far outside of the Portland area do you travel?"
A: We travel to all areas that are considered a part of the Portland metropolitan area, or in other words, the counties of Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill, Clark, and Skamania. You can refer to our service area page for more information, or give us a call to see if we can accommodate trips with destinations outside of this area.

Q: "What if we can't get back in time?"
A: There are absolutely no additional fees for keeping our buses longer, so you can relax and enjoy yourself at every one of your destinations without having to watch the clock. The hourly rate we agreed to during booking will not change, and you'll continue to be charged that same rate even if your party goes into the next day. We love for you to have a good time and would never cut that short!

Q: "Are you insured?"
A: We take your protection very seriously, so even beyond daily maintenance and inspections of our buses, we make sure that we are insured to the maximum amount possible, as well as keeping all licenses and permits valid. Our drivers aren't just drivers, they are professional chauffeurs. In every possible way we work hard to protect you while you're on the road with us.
